    (Vitamins B and C are water soluble vitamins)
2) We need to bite (KADE- เฎ•เฎŸி) and eat Fat soluble foods for better digestion.

B1-Thiamine( 1 and T look same)-Beri Beri is the vitamin B1 deficiency disease..We have to write Beri for one time but we have written it two times

B2- Riboflavin (We have 2 pair of ribs (24 ribs-each of 12 ribs) in our human body.

B3- Niacin- Pellagra- (Whenever the bell (Pellagra) rings, We have to apply Nycil powder 3 times a day -Morning, Afternoon and Evening)

B5- 5 Pent-So pantothenic

B6-Pyridoxine - Dox(Six)

B7- Biotin- All 7 days, we go for a bio break๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘ป

B9-Folate/Folic acid (Mnemonics -on the way๐Ÿค”)

B12- Cobalmin ( During 12th standard, We get angry (เฎ•ோเฎชเฎฎ்) for no reason)

C- Ascorbic Acid- Scurvy-  (CS Students sing Asck Asck song)

D- Rickets and Osteoporosis (Dr play Cricket- )

K- Bleeding (We don't say OK for bleeding)

 1) The presence of Cobalt in Vitamin B12 was established for the first time by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (SSC Graduate Level Tier-I Exam-19.05.2013)

2)  Which of the following vitamins is generally excreted by human in urine? Vitamin B and C (Water Soluble)
